The Developers: Ken Graham & Stacy Karel
Mr. Graham began his career with the Del E. Webb Corporation as a project engineer in their contract construction division. While in the employ of Del E. Webb, he worked on the construction and renovation of various hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Emerson Electric Plant in Prescott, Arizona and several high rise projects in Phoenix, Arizona. He has developed for his own account, over 2,000 acres of mixed-use developments; constructed over 5,900 multi-family residences; rehabilitated over 1150 apartment units; and built several hundred single family detached residences. Mr. Graham has a Construction Engineering degree from Arizona State University, and is a licensed residential and commercial contractor and real estate broker in the state of Arizona.
Ms. Karel is a successful real estate agent in the Chicago marketplace and licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona. After a career selling professional services and technology, she changed course to pursue residential real estate. She has her MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. She will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the Biltmore Court community.
The Architect: Ted Alexander
In 1972, Mr. Ted G. Alexander, AIA established Alexander & Associates, Architects, Inc. to provide full-service architectural, engineering, and planning services to private-sector developer clients. Clients have primarily included developers of commercial, office, recreational, and signature-quality multi-family residential projects. In the past 25 years, Mr. Alexander has been responsible for the design of over $300,000,000 in multi-family construction.
Notable projects include The Cloisters on Arizona Biltmore Estates and Patriots Square in downtown Phoenix, Arizona and currently the LaVerne Luxury Condominiums located at 20660 North 40th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Alexander has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Arizona State University; and is a licensed architect in Arizona. He is a member of the AIA and holds a national certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. |
